2. If you are unable to pre-register, Please print and bring these forms with you to check-in.  This is the ONLY thing that can stop you from participating on Day 1.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What time and where is check-in for Youth Football Camp / Team Invitation Camp?
A. Check-In for both sessions of the camps will be from 8:00am- 8:30am (Youth Football Camp) and 7:30am-8:00am (Team Invitation Camp) in front of the stadium at Kingsway High School.  Pull around the left side of the high school, and our table/flags will be near the first soccer field.

Q. What time is check out for the Youth Football Camp / Team Invitation Camp?
A. Check out for the Youth Football Camp will be right before lunch time (Around 12:00pm)
B. Check out for the Team Invitation Camp will be approximately 5:00pm on Day 1 and 1:00pm on Day 2 following camp awards.

Q. What should I bring to the camp?
A. We will have water at all camp locations, however it is encouraged that campers bring their own water/Gatorade and a snack.  Please bring a packed lunch for the Team Invitation Camp on Day 1. We will have snacks provided by our sponsors.  Please bring sneakers in case of inclement weather.

Q. What does a Camper need to bring with him for Camp?
A.  Cleats and an extra pair of shoes to be worn in Kingsway High School. (CLEATS MAY NOT BE WORN IN THE HIGH SCHOOL).   Campers should wear the camp t-shirt they have been provided with during camp times.
** Campers do not need phones, computers, headphones, etc. If they bring these items they are responsible for them.  Hendricks Football is not responsible for missing or lost items.**

Q. What equipment is required?
A.  The only equipment required are workout clothes and a pair of cleats. These are non-contact camps.  If desired, it is always a good idea to wear a mouth guard, supporter and gloves.

Q. What kind of supervision can I expect?
A.  The campers will be supervised at ALL times.

Q. Should I send extra money or snacks with my camper?
A. Campers do not need cash. You are more than welcome to send some cash or snacks with the camper but it is not needed.

Q. 
Do I have to have a completed medical/parental release and concussion form to attend camp?
A. YES.  You must have an medical/parental release and concussion form completely filled out for each camper. If you pre-register, these forms will be completed online.  Please bring these forms (hard copies available above) with you to check-in.  (THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN KEEP YOUR CAMPER FROM PARTICIPATING IN CAMP.)

Q. Does a camper have to have insurance to participate in camp?
A. All campers must have insurance to be able to participate in the camp. This is one thing that will cause you to be turned away at the door.  Our hands are tied on the day of check-in regarding insurance.

Q. Is there a deadline to register for camp?
A. We do not have a deadline for any of our football camps. We do accept "walk-ups" on the day of registration. If you choose to walk-up on the day of registration, you must have the following two things:
1.) You must have cash or money order
2.) You must have the parental/medical release and concussion form completely filled out.


Q. Do you accept personal checks or credit cards on the day of registration?
A. We ONLY accept cash, certified check or money order on the day of check-in. No personal checks or credit cards will be taken.  

Q. What if we are unable to have the camp due to the rain?
A. We will try our best to get in the camp if it rains, please dress appropriately.  If lightning occurs, we may go inside to the gyms located within Kingsway High School.  That is why it is imperative that each camper bring a pair of sneakers.  In the event of a rain-out, our Youth Camps will be pushed to Friday, and the Team Invitation Camp can be pushed to Friday.  Details on this circumstance will be provided at a later date.
    


REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL / CAMP DISMISSAL
For campers that leave camp due to voluntary withdrawal or dismissal from camp, there will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. Some examples of voluntary withdrawal consist of, but are not limited to - homesickness, doctor's appointment, birthday parties, school functions, etc.

If you register your child for camp and they do not attend, you will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to [email protected]. You will receive an emailed confirmation of your cancellation request once it has been received. No-shows on any day of camp will NOT be refunded for any reason. Camp dismissal can occur for any violation of the camper's code of conduct.

ONCE YOU REGISTER AND PAY FOR CAMP, ANY CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, OR TRANSFER WILL FALL UNDER THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

Thursday one-day camps
- Prior to May 15
        * Cancellation (for any reason): refund of amount paid minus (-) $10 cancellation fee
- June 1 - 48 hours prior to start of camp
        * Cancellation (for any reason): refund of amount paid minus (-) $20 cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours of camp start
        * Cancellation (for any reason): no refunds
 
Youth Camp and Team Invitation Camp
- Prior to July 1
        * Cancellation (for any reason): refund of amount paid minus (-) $25 cancellation fee
- July 1 - 48 hours prior to start of camp
        * Cancellation (for any reason): refund of amount paid minus (-) $50 cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours of camp start
        * Cancellation (for any reason): no refunds
